1 Year UK Warranty Returns on all Products purchased through E-Zoom.co.uk (unless specified such as ex demo products)

 
 We attempt to supply the most reliable e-bikes and scooters on the market, but in the unlikely event you have an issue, please read below.

If you need to return your ebike/Scooter for repair under warranty, please contact us through our contact us page, please provide your name, address and information on why you wish to return the item, we will contact you back  and arrange with you for the item to be returned to the shop.

If you are unable to return the item to our shop please see below.

Please use the original packaging where possible or make sure the item is package securely, as the return of the item is your responsibility until it reaches us, we will email you a returns form, please complete the form and sign, and email the returns form back to contact@e-zoom.co.uk before returning your item, also please put your details inside the package or a copy of the returns form. Please ensure you use a reputable courier company and we recommend getting adequate insurance for your return in case of loss or damage in the post.

14 Day Return Policy
We understand sometimes you change your mind. If that is the case you will have 14 days from the time of purchase to let us know. If this is the case, please contact us through our contact page. You will be responsible for the costs of returning the product which must be unused, and in the original packaging including all accessories and instructions.

Before we can arrange a warranty repair, we will email a warranty returns form, this will require information regarding any faults and the customers signature, please enclose this form in with the product before dispatch.


We endeavour to return all warranty repairs within 21 days of receiving the item, we will contact you regarding updates on your repair, all our repairs are undertaken in the UK. Even though we endeavour to return your item within 21 days, on occasion this may take longer due to parts etc, we will contact you asap to let you know regarding any delays.

The  full warranty on your vehicle.

The warranty is valid only for normal use as per manufacturers manual.

The warranty will become invalid with any unauthorised upgrades, which includes parts and firmware that has not been supplied and specifically designed by the manufacturer for your exact vehicle.

The warranty will solely cover against manufacturing faults, due to the products we supply and environments they are operate in, breakages can sometimes occur, so damage by misuse and general wear and tear which includes tyre replacement/punctures, reflective stickers, disk brakes, kick stand, cable damage, accident/crash or water damage etc are not covered by the warranty.

if we find the return falls outside our warranty repair conditions we may supply a quote for the repair, if the quote is not accepted the customer will be required to cover the return costs which can range between £35 to £110 dependant on the product as we send all items as dangerous goods due to the battery and we full insurance. Alternately the customer can arrange the collection themselves through anyway they deem fit.
